₱ 70,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement appropriate support documentation, Service
Level Agreements (SLA), and work plan for each application;
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders about application support
policies, procedures and SLA
- Ensure client satisfaction on application support services by resolving
any raised issue or challenges
- Generate and present reports to key stakeholders about the
performance of the assigned applications and
- Align, manage, and negotiate with partnered service providers to
ensure the quality of the applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science,
information technology, information systems, computer engineering,
or similar;
- 5+ years demonstrable experience as a lead or leading a department
or a team in an IT environment, preferably Maintenance and Support
Department.
- Must have a high-level understanding of modern tech stack (Flutter,
React, Native iOS/Android)
- Must have a strong background in Software Development Lifecycle
Work location: Strata 20000, Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Work Arrangement: will report on site for at least 2-4x a month depending on project requirements
Exceptions:
• Provincially based talents (>50km away from office) ,Immunocompromised Individuals, and Living with Immunocompromised Individuals/ Children below 12 yrs old or Dependents above 60 yrs old
