The Associate Project Controls Specialist will provide administrative support to the Project Controls team for current projects, while following the project health and safety culture of the project team. The position will report to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Assist with acquiring contract requirements.
Maintain progress measurement systems for construction projects.
Data entry; JD Edwards changes for order processing, project costs.
Promptly notify the Project Manager of issues and concerns.
Recording of direct and indirect expenditures as directed.
Record keeping of man-hour expenditures and projections.
Maintain cost forecast work sheets.
Monitor tracking of the construction equipment.
Qualifications
1-3 years within the Energy Industry.
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
