THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20%-Plans Training Session
15%-Facilitate Learning Session
10%-Supervises Work-based Learning
10%-Conducts Competency Assessment
5%-Maintain Training Facilities
5%-Utilizes Electronic Media in Facilitating Training
5%-Designs Training Program
5%-Designs Training Materials
5%-Assists in the conduct of Job Induction Program to graduating trainees
5%-Conducts Research
5%-Prepares Technical Reports
5%-Conducts and Interprets TNA
5%-Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the Superintendent and higher authorities
