The Opportunity J&J Philippines is looking for an Associate Market Access Manager to join our Market Access and Government Affairs team! This is a vital role for the development of our patient access program, as well as pricing, value and excellence for the Philippines, to ensure access to medicines that improves the health and well-being of people in the Philippines. In this role you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: Pricing : you will develop annual tender price planning, manage and respond to external price regulations, coordinate pricing approvals, and develop competitive pricing and access strategies. Value and Excellence : you will develop and oversee HTA submission plan & strategy, including leading cross functional discussions and preparations. To do this you will continuously monitor policies and regulations that affect patient access, maps stakeholders, KOL champions strategy and engagement, as well as manage RWE local data generation to demonstrate unmet needs. Patient Access/Alternative Payors and Financing Solutions : you will develop patient access programs for our key brands, manage PAP delivery models and systems, gather and interpret payers and customer insights, monitor national and local market dynamics and policies, develop private and/or not-profit payors as access models as well as shaping and developing government business. Qualifications Qualifications - External You will be a Health Economics or Market Access professional with: A Medical/Clinical/Nursing or Public Health background Strong understanding of health economics Strong communication (oral and written) and influencing skills If you are interested in this role and possess the above requirements, we would encourage you to apply.
