Ensures effective management of legal and contractual risks, providing legal advisory services, and managing the Legal Department effectively and efficiently.
Legal Documents: * Review/draft legal documents (e.g. contracts, agreements, legal opinions) and/or validate such legal documents; and
Provides legal advice and opinions.
Cases and Legal Problems: * Formulate case theory for litigation for or against the Company;
Represent the company in litigations during hearings;
Liaise with government judicial and administrative bodies; and
Give advice and participate in the Company's internal HR and labor cases, including administrative hearings.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws (Llb)/Juris Doctor (JD)
Bar exam passer
Experience and Competency Requirements:
Must have legal practice experience
Must have basic knowledge of all law subjects
Possesses knowledge on Labor and Educational laws
Must be adept in legal counselling
