Scope of Responsibilities:
Represent the Company before administrative agencies, quasi-judicial bodies and courts
Draft opinions and advisories, motions, and pleadings for the Company
Draft and review of agreements and contracts
Monitoring and review of cases
Additional Requirements:
Draft of Sample Memo or Opinion
Draft of Sample Pleading (not motions)
Reviewed/Draft of Sample contract
Transcript of Records in Law School
