JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate/Junior Attorney role is a non-client facing position and would work with the client relations team as well as a lead attorney in the US.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 2 PM – 11 PM EST, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
·       Assist in drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (basic source of information defined by federal regulation and provided to every prospective franchisee candidate at a certain point in the decision process)
·       Assist in drafting Franchise Agreements through forms and client information provided
QUALIFICATIONS
·       A Law degree holder
·       Experience as a junior or associate attorney or possibly as a senior paralegal
·       Background in contract experience, banking, and franchising may be helpful
·       Experience in a multi-client environment
·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
