The Associate HR Shared Services Analyst in Total Rewards Operations supports the execution, administration, analysis and reporting of compensation programs for the APAC region and benefit operations for Korea. The role delivers effective and timely resolution and management of escalated inquiries and issues related to rewards processes and systems. A successful incumbent will have strong data manipulation and analysis skills, problem solving skills and customer service to ensure successful execution of rewards programs.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations.
Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects - from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.
