At Manulife IT Delivery Center, we are looking for a rock starAssociate Front-end Software Engineer, who is excited to see thesuccessfulimplementationofthe products they deliver. You will have experience in designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications as a member of an Agile squad.
We are looking for someone with:
Fresh Graduates with 0 or less than 3 years software engineering experience using Object Oriented languages
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields is essential.
Persistent in learning and adapting new skills and technologies that will contribute to the success of the squad
A passion forsolving problemsand providing workable solutions using knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Outstanding communication skillsand ability to workcollaboratively
You will stand out if you have:
Knowledge of web technologies such asHTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
Knowledge in Test Driven Technologies such asJasmine and JEST
Knowledge of Frontend Framework such asNodeandAngular 2+
Knowledge of CSS Best practices and Frameworks likeMaterial UI, CSS Flex-box, and CSS Grid
On the job you will:
Learn through Manulife University the skills and capability to deliver Manulife business needs
Develop new codes AND update existing code to improve reliability,performance, and maintainability with the guidance of the team leaders.
Designing front-end components that are reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain
