The fab transfer / product qualification engineer will be responsible in the full qualification of a product that is:
transferred from one fab site to another, has its wafer size increased, been transferred to another assembly house, or underwent redesign.
He/she will also be responsible in performing electrical characterization and yield analysis of the transferred products.
He/she will also perform program debugging as well as bench characterization.
He/she will also support the testing, validation and analysis of reliability rejects.
He/she will review and determine the worst-case supply conditions, generate new guard-bands and test limits and will create and release test programs to manufacturing.
