Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg) will be responsible on product health support namely quality, service and cost which includes activities but not limited to:
Provides engineering support and sound disposition on non-conforming lot to aide meeting product supply chain and customer demand
Perform bench to ATE correlations, troubleshooting existing ATE product test solutions as challenges arise, identify root cause, and implement corrective action
Product analysis through test data analysis with the use of statistical tools and test hardware (Bench Equipment, ATE, CT)
Supports Customer Return and Quality Improvement initiatives through test characterization and implementing fan-out solution to other test platforms
Evaluate product variants through test validation and bench correlation
Design experiments for product qualification, stabilization, and process improvement
Working and coordinating with Business Unit on Precision DAC Gro across all multiple devices
Key Qualification
Good foundation on electronic circuit analysis both in analog and digital electronics
Knowledge in programming languages such as C/C#/VBA
Has in depth understanding on data analytics and statistical tools namely JMP, Spotfire, Manchester
Able to read, understand and analyze hardware schematic
Has an experience in Automated Test Equipment operations namely tester CTS5400, CTS40 series, Microflex, NI and perform Software-Tester debug
Be able to integrate test solution both hardware and software
Has good presentation and documentation skills. Proficient in using MS EXCEL, POWERPOINT
Has good communication, decision-making and intra-personal skills
Strong background on Fundamentals of Electronics specifically on Op-Amp and Digital to Analog Conversion.
Education and Experience
Graduate of bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical and other related courses
At least 3-5 years of experience in a Semiconductor Company
Experience on Test or Product Engineering is highly preferred
