The Process Sustaining Engineer will be responsible for the following:
Execution of processes in support of Prob e/Trim and ELCSP Manufacturing. This will involve deep understanding of the product, processes and materials and will work closely with counterparts from the BU, different engineering departments, QA and Manufacturing.
He/she will also be engaged in challenging existing processes and enhancing it for optimum quality, cost and productivity.
Responsible for supporting process sustaining activities for Probe/Trim and WLCP Test and Back-End Process
