Your new responsibilities
Administration duties (Document updates, Mail follow-up, ...)
1st Level incident and request handling (registering, checking data, organizing)
Manage lifecycle of controlled documents
Manage approval and review workflows
Maintain Product Change Notification numbers
Prepare documentations for internal & external use

College degree or similar work experience (office clerk, technical school)
Work experience in related field
Active Communication skills
Fluently spoken English
Independent working
Exact & Careful working style
Organizational abilities
Service / customer support experience
Ability to follow up
Advanced MS Office skills
