This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely. The Associate Auditor is responsible for assisting in the auditing and reconciling of over 75 million votes annually, and ensuring the day to day activities of Vote Audit are completed timely and accurately. Prepare daily vote auditing statistics. The Associate Auditor may assist in the development of new procedures that ensure the accuracy of our voting process, as well as provide training and on-going Associate feedback. Work with Vote Audit management to complete Sarbanes-Oxley testing, and update audit procedures when necessary. Conduct audit testing of specified proxy voting and reporting processes, perform audits of proxy contests, completion of special projects as requested, analysis and interpretation of proxy voting results (including un-voted proxies, proxy coding errors, etc.), ensure that electronic voting platforms are processing accurately and timely, continuous interaction and output in a team environment, identify reportable issues and potential risk and communicate findings to management, must be able to organize, prioritize and complete tasks within established time constraints, and interact closely with various levels of staff and management Assist management in the development of procedures and documentation to ensure that Vote Audit is compliant with ISO and Sarbanes Oxley, as well as Broadridge corporate policies, and SEC and NYSE regulations.
