Job Description: Provide Tier 1 end- user provisioning for but not limited to Exchange, Security Groups, Distribution lists, Kerio Email, etc. Write/Extract management reports Create business Power Point and video presentations for internal and external clients Perform tasks and projects with minimal supervision Create, monitor and maintain project schedules on trouble tickets and open issues for clients, and inform them of timeframes for delivery and update. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, obtaining appropriate certifications, and developing skills with ever changing technology Creating/Updating documentations like SOPs; Job Aids, FAQs, etc. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Extensive end-user involvement and excellent customer service skills Ability to translate technical subjects for non-technical audience. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in supporting PC software including configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, or relevant technical degree from an accredited college, university or technical certification. Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Must have strong English communications skills Knowledge in Powershell Scripting is an advantage Working experience in the related field is an advantage Working experience working on a BPO company is an advantage Knowledge in ITIL is an advantage Familiarity with any of the following applications: Exchange and Active Directory Be a strong, dynamic character, capable of dealing effectively with colleagues and business users Have the ability to work as part of a regional team across multiple countries, cultures and time-zones Applicants must be willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays Applicants must be willing to work in Araneta, Cubao Quezon City Strong interpersonal, team building and communications skills Strong analytical skills, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
