Responsible for providing day to day recruiting support to assigned client group. This is an entry-level position with focus on learning the legal aspects of recruiting, behavioral interviewing techniques, strategies for talent acquisition, and the policies and practices related to talent acquisition. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Reviews personal requisition forms for accuracy, and ensuring that positions are viable. Assists with the development of a recruitment plan, as well as an interview process and guide for hiring manager. Screens applicants and provides information to hiring manager. Runs ads in periodicals, newspapers, some internet postings. Serves as a project team member on staffing projects. Requires a BA degree or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
