ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS MANAGER
 
Responsibility:
 
As an Assistant Warehouse and Logistics Manager your job is to organize the storage and distribution of goods. You'll ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. You may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods. You work in the area of shipping and receiving and supports department manager in all aspects of warehouse operations. Coordinates with shipping vendors, returns of merchandise and manage documents. It also your responsibility to manage the warehouse and logistics team, making sure that the warehouse and work areas are well-kept and all items are safely stored and secured.
 
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years experience as Assistant Logistics and Warehouse manager or its equivalent.
Excellent understanding of warehouse and logistics management procedures.
Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
Strong people skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding leadership, organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Available to work extended hours when needed.
