Oversees overall warehouse operations. Handles proper receiving, storage, and issuance of items based on Purchase Order (PO) and requests
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures that all materials stored in warehouses are in good condition and are stored properly
• Arranges stock in their proper location for easy tracking and inventory
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in and around the warehouse and that the schedule for housekeeping is followed at all times
2. Receives material as per Purchase Order (PO),Lubes Issuance Form(LIF)
• Receives item together with Delivery Receipt/Invoice
• Daily encoding for all receiving transactions in Google Drive Warehouse inventory and in the Netsuite
3. Issues requested material
• Issues material as per Material Request/Issuance Form (MRIF),Delivery Receipt (DR)
• Daily encoding for all issuance transactions in Google Drive Warehouse inventory and in the Netsuite
• Transmittal for all documents processed to the Accounting Department.
4. Audits and/or initiates random physical count on a weekly basis
5. Monitors warehouse consumable items for timely requests to ensure availability. Prepares request thru Netsuite
• Issues gate pass for all outgoing warehouse stocks, returned/rejected items to supplier
6. Supervises warehouse staff to ensure proper operation in warehouse department
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
At least a Bachelor's/ College Degree or Any related vocational course
1- 4 years experience specializing in Purchasing/ Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
Computer literate and knowledgeable with MS office and GDrive Inventory.
Knowledgeable in Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
Good communications, planning and time management skills.
