Description
-Coordinate and manage the daily/nightly schedules of truck drivers to ensure containers and goods are picked up and delivered in a timely manner from port / terminals to the client
-Familiarizing with port / terminal processes, truck travel permits, and routes to be able to ensure smooth and timely operations
-Collaborate with management to modify daily / nightly routes to accommodate the needs of customers
-Cultivate strong relationships with drivers / helpers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
-Monitor any sudden changes of container van arrivals at the port / terminal that may lead to delivery issues and work with drivers to establish new schedules and routes for timely deliveries day and night
-Verifying the on-time deliveries to customers
-Assists drivers and helpers on some deliveries
-Double check inventories from Clients based on waybills to be delivered to their respective customers
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Mobility, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
