The ideal candidate for this role will monitor all operations and updates truck modules and preventive maintenance programs of SEAOIL affiliate tank trucks and delivery vans. The role is essential in the on-time delivery of products and services.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Ensures hauler billing are processed within SLA.
2. Validates hauler billing with our system.
3. Ensures if the freight applied are correct
4. Performs as a document controller in the department
5. Maintains all hauling contract
6. Functions as the data custodian for the data master. Ensures that the master data is updated and accessible
7. Functions as a member of the transport inspection team.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to BS in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Preferably with technical knowledge about the field.
Adept in Document Control, Billing Processes, File Management System.
Demonstrates strong Time Management Skills.
Above-average verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations)
Willing to do fieldwork, as needed.
A day in the life of a Assistant (Transport) would involve:
Customer On-time Delivery
Conducts Truck Inspections
Leads Driver Assembly
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
