ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPERVISOR (MECHANICAL ENGINEER)
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree  Major in Mechanical Engineering or with experience in Heavy Equipment Industry or in Mining Industry Motorpool
1-2 years of experience in the Trucks and Construction Equipment Industry 
Familiar with Heavy Equipments
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Strong Business Acumen, focused and results oriented
Strong Presentation Skills; a winning attitude and strong work ethic.

Directly reporting to the After Sales Technical Service Manager
Assists the Technical Service Manager in training of customer personnel in the proper and effective use and maintenance of equipment sold by the company.
Assists the Technical Service Manager in being proactive in site visits and advice to customers on effective preventive maintenance and preventive repairs of company-supplied equipment.
Fast supply of quality parts as needed / ordered by customers, resulting to high Parts Fulfillment Ratio (PFR).
Partners with the Technical Service Manager in increase sales of parts and service resulting  from proactive customer support
Makes sure that assets and parts kept in the warehouses are kept in good order and accurately accounted for according to established standards and procedures.
Carrying cost of slow moving parts/SKU is minimized.
And other tasked assigned by the immediate supervisor.
