Job Description
In charge of managing students, which includes helping them learn English, completing their homework, and growing to be healthy individuals.
Provide a homey and safe environment for the students and mentor them, so that they could continue to grow emotionally, physically and spiritually being.
Guide the students to follow the daily schedule and take care of the student's daily living.
Develop positive relationships with every student.
Work closely with academic teachers to identify any pastoral care needs of students.
Plan and organize language and culture activities; to enrich students' afterschool activities to help them become global citizens.
Manage the nightly study hall times and ensure students complete their homework
Keep in touch with the students' parents/guardians regularly.
strengthen the coordination with various departments of the school, cooperate with each other.
Plan weekend activities for the students.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
Bachelor's Degree in Education or Equivalent
At least 1 year of teaching experience as a KINDERGARTED/PRESCHOOL/EARLY CHILDHOOD within a traditional classroom environment is required
TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is an advantage but not necessarily required
Can demonstrate a high level of fluency and accuracy on the English Language and have a strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature.
Having basic to intermediate technology skills is an advantage. This includes using learning management systems, online resources, and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
Possess qualities such as strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, empathy, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
