Creation of L&D programs in partnership with Corporate L&D
Securing know-how transfer of Corporate Culture and training strategies
Conduct training programs aligned with Accor standards
In-charge of timekeeping and corporate reports
Work Experience
Completed any Bachelor's Degree preferably Psychology or Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the hotel industry or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
