CEBU - ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
 
What you'll do: 
Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships
Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers
Sales standards: identify, formulate and enforce approved Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues
Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales acquisition team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of his/her team to close deals and build corrective/improving initiatives
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What you'll need:
Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in a leadership capacity (Logistics industry sales experience would be a huge plus)
College Degree / Diploma holder
Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM programs is a plus
Must be willing to work to work onsite in Mandaue, Cebu
