Job Description Verifies accuracy of daily service and revenue reports and bank deposits. Spends 75% of the time in the sales floor to orchestrate smooth flow of transaction traffic. Maintains appearance of the store. Calls out the need for cleanliness, and updates merchandising materials. Works with IBPs to ensure full operational support is given to the stores. Maintains good relations with mall admin/lessor for site support and coordination for any special events. Ensures overall merchandising and visual presentation is within the organizational guidelines. Addresses and escalates subscriber complaints and damage control as needed. Introduces innovations to improve overall operational efficiencies; and motivates staff to participate and even initiate special projects designed to improve operations.
