Job Description
Leadership: Assist in the management and supervision of restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance and feedback.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, food quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Team Development: Play a key role in team development by training and mentoring employees, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing performance issues when necessary.
Shift Management: Supervise shifts, ensuring that staff follows operational procedures and maintains high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring revenue to achieve financial targets. Handle cash, perform audits, and manage cashiers as needed.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste to control expenses.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Previous experience in a assistant management role in the fast-food or restaurant industry.
Familiarity with relevant software and technology used in fast-food operations (e.g., point-of-sale systems).
