Job Summary and Responsibilities
Together with the Restaurant manager, oversees restaurant & room service operations. Assists in the preparation of annual operating budget. Also responsible in maximizing profitability and analyzing menu and products of the restaurant & room service. Oversees staff training and ensures guest service standards are met. Inspects the cleanliness and physical condition of equipment and furniture in the restaurant.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
2. Minimum of 2-3 years in F&B experience
3. Good knowledge in the Food & Beverage products and high end service levels
4. Has good English communication skills both in written and spoken
5. Computer literate
6. Organized with strong planning, good communication and interpersonal skills
