Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining equipment and facilities.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to optimize cost efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
Create a welcoming and pleasant dining experience for customers.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, taking appropriate actions to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, cooks, and support staff.
Schedule and manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and expenses.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a restaurant environment.
Degree or three years Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.

Salary Offer QAR 2500 (Php. 38,000.00)
Additional QAR 300 for Food Allowance
