JOB DESCRITION:
Supervise/ manage the day to day activities of his/ her staff
Leads in the qualification, accreditation and audit of vendors
Works on different purchasing strategies to achieve mbest cost for the corporation
Responsible for the continous improvement of the different systems in purchasing for the ultimate cost resuction for the company
Works with other departments for seamless process in the processing of their requests into P.O. conversion and delivery.
Review purchases and make sure all the processes and procedures are strictly complied.
Responsible for the strategic sourcing of materials and parts
Conducts training on new and existing purchasing staff.
Observe appropriate protocol on approval of purchases according to value
takes proper care of his computer or other office equipment
