Assistant Project Manager for Food Parks, Bazaars, Trade Shows, and Exhibits
 
Job Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of food parks, bazaars, trade shows, and exhibits. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the project are planned and executed effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and exhibitors to ensure all requirements are met
Support the marketing and promotion of the event to attract attendees and participants
Manage event logistics, including booth setup, security, and equipment rental
Assist in the management of event staff, including scheduling and training
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports for the Project Manager
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the project
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
2-3 years of experience in event planning, project management or related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and CRM systems
Flexibility to work on weekends and outside regular office hours as needed
