Graduate of any of the ff. courses - BS Pharmacy, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Industrial Engineering, Associate in Chemical Technology, BS Mechanical Engineering
Preferably licensed/board passer and with experience
Good communication skills
Knows production process, computer literate
Willing to work overtime, under pressure and on shifting schedule - with leadership skills
