Experience in operation of a Vertical Form, Fill, Seal, Machine
Knowledgeable in Vertical Form, Fill, Seal, machine repairs and maintenance
Working experience in a food manufacturing
Operate flour packaging, bulk loading and 1-kg operations
Ensure all operational checklists are accomplished
Prepare production report (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) MS, BI Tableu and SAP-based
Perform cycle counts and month-end closing
Prepare weekly manpower schedule and in close coordination with other department
Ensure safety, food safety, GMP, SSOP are all performed timely. Hygiene and Pest Control strictly enforced
Update FSSC documents to relay to respective personnel
Perform Machine Performance Verification (Metal Detector, Magnets and Control Sifters) as part of the Food Safety Objectives
Regularly monitors manpower performance, and leads the Annual Performance Appraisal activity
Regularly check the performance of the Packaging Operations and compare it to the set standard parameters. Initiate corrective actions if those standards are not being met
Review all results of analysis given by the QA, initiate adjustments when needed
Coordinate with the maintenance group regarding plant shutdown (Planned and Unplanned) or machine breakdown
Ensures the correct machine settings and operation of critical machines - Code Printers, Metal Detectors, Control Sifters
Ensure random brans and flour bags check weighing is conducted
Report any unusual events or situations pertaining to operation to the Head Miller. Recommend and suggest ways of improving efficiency
Monitor attendance records, give feedback and coaching to all subordinates under his shift
Ensure additives inventory and proper dosing is carried out
Perform other functions or special projects that may be assigned by the Head Miller.
