Job Description:
The Assistant Production Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the production area. Ensure that all process lines are effectively and efficiently working towards achieving the objectives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
Equipped with at least five (5) years of work-related experience in a food manufacturing set-up
Highly knowledgeable of GMP, SSOP, ISO900, HACCP, and HALAL requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication skills, both in oral and written form
Preferably Assistant Manager, Manager specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations and equivalent coming from FMCG industry
