Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assist Process Engineer to conduct monitoring and laboratory data interpretation and analyses of the systems including DIW
supply quality analysis extending towards the point of use or manufacturing floors. 2. Provide recommendation for improvement on the
systems in terms of quality of water produce and cost of operation and maintenance. 3. Submit daily report and immediate escalation of
any issues that will impact TI operations concerning systems operation. 4. Assist Process on the review of potential causes in increase and decrease of raw water usage to support TI raw water
conservation program. 5. Oversee the quality of operation and maintenance of the whole systems
6. Assist Process Engineer to conduct a monthly, quarterly, and yearly management review with TI representative regarding the operation and maintenance of the systems.
7. Perform Statistical Process Controls (SPC) of the systems as a standard procedure to ensure reliability and efficiency of the systems.
8. Ensure that TI complies with EMB/DENR standards. 9. Perform Cleaning-in-place of Pre-treatment, RO
Skids, EDI System and reclaim system. 10. Recommended and initiate solutions affecting normal normal equipment/ process operations as well and improvement and
optimization in the system. 11. Gather water sample testing and provide data for interpreation
12. Provide recommendations and improvement on the systems in terms of quality of water produced and cost of operations and maintenance.
13. Support Operation Shift leaders, serve as back-up if needed 14. Supports operations during power failures and
other emergency cases. 15. Effectively drives 5's initiatives and other 5's extended programs.
Performs other administrative duties and responsibilities required and etc., 16. Assist operations supervisor in review of
daily logsheets, daily trending, and weekly report 17. Assist operations supervisor and process engineer in conducting internal audits and area walkthrough
