FSB Land Holdings Inc. is looking for a strategic Assistant Operations Manager who will support and assist our Operation Manager in overseeing and coordinating various tasks in food and beverage, housekeeping, and the front office department in Boracay.
Who are we looking for?
Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or relative field.
With at least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a supervisory or managerial position.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
Possess interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
Preferably residing in Boracay Island or nearby areas.
