Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job: As an Permits and Licenses - Terminals Assistant / Officer you will be helping out in acquiring regulatory clearances, permits, and licenses for the operations of depots/terminals, stations, and other facilities. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the following: 1. Acts as representative and/or liaison during the permits acquisition process from application to issuance. a. Tracks and follows up the status of submitted applications for particular permits. b. Facilitates meetings with Local Government Units (LGUs) and other regulatory agencies regarding issues arising from permits acquisition. c. Coordinates with government offices both national and local with respect to actual inspection of sites. 2. Secures and submits application forms and checklists needed for the acquisition of applicable clearances, permits, and licenses. a. Obtains a checklist from Local Government Units (LGUs) and other regulatory agencies b. Fills up information needed. 3. Completes papers and documents required in the course of permits acquisition. a. Gathers from relevant parties the necessary requirements such as building plans, signed contracts, and other documents. Qualifications: 1. Graduate of a four-year course relating to Legal Management/LLb/Political Science. 2. Fresh graduates can be considered or with at least one (1) to three (3) years of experience in any professional background. Has an advantage if legal related experience. 3. Adept in time management skills, strong analytical skills, high interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a pressured environment, problem solving skills, team skills, focus oriented in achieving goals towards company development, provide leadership, coordination, management and oversight of all administrative function related to the company's goal and strategic goals. 4. Demonstrates strong energy, flexibility, enthusiast, attention to detail, excellent customer service and have strong passion on customer relation in providing quality service Above average verbal and written communication skills. 5.
