Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Reports directly to the Technical Extension Services Manager to ensure: a. All aspects of veterinary support is running smoothly in the area b. Client feedback management c. Consistency of Good Product Quality through regular client visits and survey/report 2. Submits weekly, monthly,semi annual and annual monitoring reports, case reports when necessary 3. Assists in making effective technical plans and programs for covered areas.
