Job Description
General Duties
Detailed Duties
a. To provide concept architecture, development plans, permits plans and construction drawings and specification
b. To coordinate with other in-house engineering team the requirements and ensure that all engineering items have been considered.
c. Support during construction as act as Architect/author of design
d. Ensure design conforms with budget and design standards
e. Assist in the standardization efforts of the company
f. Ensure design requirements and set timelines are met
g. Other works related under the In-house design team
Professional Eligibility
a. Licensed Architect
b. With at least 10 year experience working in a real estate company is an advantage
c. With design management skills for Architecture and Engineering
d. Ability to provide innovative and cost economical solutions for design issues
e. Manage autocad operator/production team and ensure accuracy, completeness and code compliant design
f. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
g. Strong in Concept Development
h. Highly creative with good presentation skills
i. Can easily adjust to SMDC culture
