YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
.Relevant diploma / degree in Hotel Management.
.Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar capacity or at least 3- 5 years of relevant industry experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
.This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities support Accor Hotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.
.To identify and analyse the training requirements, in line with the company's economic and social policy, and its technological progression.
.Develop and train the employees on new programs and company initiatives.
.Motivate and develop team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
