Grab for Business (GfB) is the B2B team within Grab that helps to simplify corporate transport, corporate food & package delivery as well as related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We actively engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that client success is paramount in our organization. GrabGifts is Grab's digital vouchers business, a hyper-growth product launched, scaled, and managed by the Grab for Business team. We are looking for an Assistant Manager - GrabGifts Sales Operations to join our Grab for Business regional team to contribute to this growing digital voucher business. To perform this role well, a candidate needs to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, a background in Sales Operations, Business / Data Analytics, Project Management, and a track record of exceeding expectations. Additional experience in Marketing Analytics is advantageous. To perform this role well, the candidate should: Be highly organized, with a keen eye for data and process driven Be a self-starter with a strong passion for Sales Operations, Business Analytics, and Data Insights Have strong communication skills and attention to detail Strategize and contribute towards new process flows, improve existing SOPs, build automation frameworks and drive greater productivity for the business Drive creative solutions to contribute towards business strategy, and be independent in most situations Get to know the Role : You will report to the Regional Lead - GrabGifts and be part of the regional Grab for Business team, assisting in building up the GrabGifts business. Your tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Be a GrabGifts subject matter expert, and align with Grab for Business country leads and Grab Central Operations teams to develop, implement, and track standard GrabGifts Operations SOPs in line with overall objectives. Align with Grab Finance & SSC teams to ensure a framework that enables seamless billing, invoicing, Collections, AR tracking, and troubleshooting for all corporate customers. Lead the strategy, project management, and implementation of GrabGifts' automation projects with cross-functional Grab teams. Conduct regular training with Customer Experience (CE) teams to ensure they are proficient and updated on all GrabGifts Ops support processes and new product features. Oversee the health of GrabGifts x Zendesk system and ticket management in all markets. Make Salesforce the central pivot for all commercial activity for GrabGifts; ensure all GrabGifts opportunities and closed-won sales for all deals in all markets follow world-class SOPs. Own all Sales Ops work-streams for the GrabGifts business by providing critical business insights for all sales strategy and Go-To-Market initiatives, including the GrabGifts reporting and analytics infrastructure for business teams in all markets. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that best address issues faced by the GfB sales and account management teams that enable us to leverage customer, industry, and data-backed insights to exceed customer expectations & achieve commercial excellence. The must-haves : Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Project Management and / or in a Business / Data Analyst role Education: University degree, with a specialization in Business Management / Data or Product Analytics / Project Management / Operations being advantageous. Proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Holistics), CRM (SalesForce), marketing analytics (Google Analytics), and SQL. Should be comfortable with advanced usage of Microsoft Office and G Suite (Docs / Sheets / Slides) Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly. An ambitious, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Must demonstrate integrity and respect in the performance of their duties.
