ASSISTANT MANAGER - FACTORY INNOVATION DIVISION
 
Job Qualifications:
Educational Background
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
Underwent Training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Production Systems is an advantage.
Work Experience
At least 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, factory improvement, or industrial engineering.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role that handles continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, or production innovation.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of production systems, manufacturing processes, and lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.).
Experience in implementing cost-reduction, quality improvement, and workplace safety initiatives.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and compliance
Leadership & Management Competencies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
