We are looking for Assistant Outlet Manager - Beach Club to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa:
As the Assistant Outlet Manager - Beach Club, we rely on you to:
Support the Manager in daily operation
Manages Beach Club operations experiences
To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
Set and maintain service standards
Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have experience working in a Food & Beverage environment
Leads by example
Creative with an eye for detail
Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity at all times
Willing to work shifts
