Job Description
General Duties
Review and endorsement for approval of all CWT with issues.
Monitoring of accuracy and completeness of dockets to be endorsed to BIR.
Preparation of budget for his section .
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Detailed Duties
Endorse for approval, all filing and payment of CWT with issues.
Updating and provide resolution of CRM issues pertaining to CAR.
Preparation of reports pertaining to issues with corresponding resolution and TAT.
Assist in the implementation and migration to SAP system pertaining to CWT and CAR.
Ensure monitoring and maintenance of CAR application accurately and on time.
Evaluate all direct reports annually.
Ad Hoc report as mandated by superior.
Attend training's and seminars for tax updates.
Professional Eligibility
CPA is an advantage
Skills
With good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to think clearly and quickly under pressure.
Proficient in SAP and MS Office Applications.
Education
Bachelor in Accountancy graduate.
Experience
With more than 2 years of experience in handling BIR related transactions particularly CAR processing and audit in Real Estate industry.
Responsibility
The assistant manager is responsible for timely processing of CAR for assigned projects.
