•Takes charge of providing clients with regular service/maintenance of Mitsubishi packaged air conditioners which are covered with service contract/ under warranty.
• Coordinates and supervises contractors in the progress, implementation, and monitoring of projects and actions on clients' requests.
• Coordinates with clients the implementation and progress of the contracted regular services, warranties, and special services.
• Evaluate personnel performance every three (3) months.
• Recommends disciplinary action when warranted as well as reward for outstanding performance.
• Develop and implement proper monitoring, logging and forms, checklist system to be integrated into the regular service work order system.
• Communicates effectively within the department and with other departments.
• Ensures that all contracted regular services, maintenance programs for MPAC, and other equipment of the project are executed as per schedule to minimize
equipment downtime.
• Prepares annual budget, and project costings as may be directed by his superior.
• Prepares manuals and other literature to be used in the training of AC & R staff.
• Prepares organizational chart and job descriptions of AC & R Installation and Service Department personnel.
• Initiates purchase requisition of the department for equipment, materials, etc.
• Ensures that all his men observe company rules and safety regulations at the job site.
• Trains and develops his men in the effective performance of their duties and for personal growth in the company.
• Performs other related tasks that may be required to carry out his functions effectively.
(5-day workweek) Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM
• Graduate with BS in Mechanical Engineering, preferably licensed
• Preferably with experience in project management of HVAC works
• Must have excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization
• Capable of negotiating effectively with other prospective clients and subcontractors
• Capable of teaching and training people
