Job Description:·
Interacts with Engineers, Architects in design process to have a quick and accurate drawings and specs of the project.
· Familiarize the documents such as building permits for preparation of construction activities or for any legal matters.
· Create preliminary studies and/or final designs of the projects using computer-aided design drawing.
· Prepare and provide technical details to support and assist the drawings needed in the construction site.
· Conducts site visit twice a week to check and maintain the quality and conformity in the plans on the constructions site.
· Maintain confidentiality at all times on all internal work related matters and practices.
· Work within the company's policy.
· Performs other tasks and functions that maybe assigned by the Superiors.
