POSITION TITLE: Assistant IT Manager
 
JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the IT Manager in managing and handling overall IT related tasks, concerns, Network, IT requirements, inventory. Monitoring and maintenance of SAP, POS, HRIS, PowerBi, Data Analytics, Internal systems, websites and other programs. Report to IT Manager status and update on all IT and MIS related concerns.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor all systems, hardwares and websites of the company.
Make sure that IT services are being provided on all stores, head office and satelite offices.
Handle configuration and admin settings.
Coordinate with Branch IT for any IT related concerns.
Plan for future update/upgrad of all hardware devices included preventive maintenance.
Monitor network security.
Backup for disaster recovery, maintain record and inventory of all computers and specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably Male
Gradyate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any equivalent course.
At least 5 years experience.
People oriented and can adapt to different levels of people.
Keen to details and highly organized.
Willing to do fieldworks.
