Job Description
General Duties
Detailed Duties
. Assists in preparation of design concepts and floor plan with furniture layout
. Coordination with Architectural Team for the floor plans and Marketing for the logo and branding of the project
. Material sourcing of ID finishes, such as tiles, wallpaper and etc. Designer shall prepare also the material selection for presentation to Management's approval
o Material finishes and specifications booklet
o Furniture design and detailing
o Artwork & decorative lightning design booklet
o Accessories concept with corresponding cost estimate/budget
o Shopping for accessories/material sourcing
o Styling of common areas such as lobbies for the residential projects and showrooms
. Monitor site construction progress if the design is being implemented, starting from setting out to accessorizing of an area
. Coordination with suppliers and contractors for approval of interior finishes such as floor and wall tiles wallpapers, laminates and etc.
. Coordination with CMD for the preparation and housekeeping of lobbies prior to design styling
. Styling and accessorizing of lobbies and showroom projects as well
