The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Responsible for total project delivery of the Civil and Structural Aspects of the Project, throughout the full project lifecycle, preconstruction through to handover and closeout, to ensure the works are delivered safely on time and to the agreed budget, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Interfacing and coordinating with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources.
Interfacing with facilities staff and project managers.
Overseeing completion of positioning, programming and detailed design.
Working with estimators to ensure costs are captured and project budgets are met.
Ensuring implementation of change control process to improve standards and drive innovative solutions.
Ensuring design and construction scope are in alignment with project requirements.
Providing necessary data, review and feedback to all scope of work logistics, and specific conditions to assure alignment with site-specific requirements.
Assisting the Design manager with overseeing the performance of all trade Consultants and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
Assisting the Design Manager with overseeing the administration of construction contracts and ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
Tracking and controlling construction schedule and associated costs to achieve completion of project within time and monies allocated.
