General Duties
1. Evaluate training needs of various internal functions within the organization and design training programs as necessary.
2. Facilitate behavioral and leadership training programs.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
4. Propose OD training initiatives to achieve company set goals.
5. Identify approaches or interventions to improve the effectiveness of the organization and its people.
6. Develop Change Management strategies to support various initiatives and programs of HR.
7. Help promote the organization's values throughout the workplace.
8. Create, Manage, Evaluate internal surveys and propose improvement plans.

Detail oriented and team player.
Has leadership skills and with very good oral and verbal communication skills.
With very good presentation and facilitation skills.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Education
Must be a graduate of Psychology or its equivalent from a reputable college or university.
Experience
Preferably with at least 5 years of work experience in Organization Development and Training.
Responsibility
Responsible for the design, integration and delivery of various OD intervention to support business strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness. This includes module design, training facilitation and creation of measures to determine effectiveness of various OD intervention.
