Description
JOB SUMMARY : ENSURE COMPANY-WIDE IMPLEMENTATION AND DELIVERY OF RECRUITMENT, TIMEKEEPING, BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION, HR MOVEMENT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SERVICES.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Acts as Petty Cash Custodian of Human Resources.
2. Check timekeeping done for all employees.
3. Check HR data for final pay processing of separated employees.
4. Prepare monthly HR report.
5. Facilitate HR Helpdesk assignments to respective assignees.
6. Ensure administration and implementation of employee benefits.
7. Ensure execution of company activities as scheduled.
8. Monitor HR movements for salary and promotions.
9. Prepare HR data for final pay processing for officer positions.
10. Conduct interviews as recommended.
11. Conduct exit interviews for all non-officer positions.
12. Validate and posting of job ads in JobStreet.
13. Conduct site visits/ immersions for officer positions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
a. Educational requirement : With a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Behavioral Science
b. Experiential requirement : With minimum of (5) years work-related experience.
c. Required technical skills : Computer skills. Preferably with HRIS experience.
d. Required interpersonal skills: Excellent communications and human relation skills.
